Protective Fencing for Harkness Memorial Park

During the initial site preparation for City of Melton’s new cemetery, Harkness Memorial Park, the Euroka Fencing team completed the Stage 1 installation of landscaping infrastructure.
After swales (soil embankments with drainage that prevent topsoil erosion and support garden plantings) were constructed, we planted out the swales with native trees and shrubs, then installed rabbit-proof fencing to protect the plantations.
With the goal to create peaceful spaces for reflection and remembrance within this 128-hectare cemetery, this foundation of initial tree plantings provides a vital contribution to the future landscape.
