Hardwood Fencing Project at Kirks Reservoir Park

Kirks Reservoir Park’s picturesque gardens, free BBQs and convenient facilities make this a popular place to picnic, explore and enjoy. And just a 10-minute drive from Ballarat!
Euroka Fencing was engaged by Central Highlands Water to install a classic style of fence, favoured by farmers, to complement the rural location and encourage access via the main entrance.
We used traditional hardwood posts with matching hardwood droppers and 8 plain wires. This style of fence presents well and is very robust for containing cattle. That said, it’s becoming almost impossible to source quality hardwood posts in Victoria, so we were pleased to complete this Ballarat fencing project using these materials!
